Selecting Material
There are different kinds of leather, which will bring various feeling to each type of gloves. Our experimental designer will
select the suitable leather for the gloves.
Cutting
Craftsman choose the same leather and ensure no color difference and no scars on the leather.
Sewing
Workers will strictly pack the gloves according to the fixed standard operation process, such as stick label, outer package and inner package.
Ironing
Only with good ironing, the gloves can keep the well pattern. Each worker had been well trained how to keep the right temperature.
Packing
Workers will strictly pack the gloves according to the fixed standard operation process, such as stick label, outer package and inner package.
Inspection
All gloves need to be inspected by the professional QC person，then can be delivered out.
