The reporter learned from Shijiazhuang Customs that on August 24, Xinji Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) was approved by the General Administration of Customs, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange to set up. This is the third bonded logistics center in Hebei Province after Wu'an Security Logistics Center (Type B) and Jingtang Port Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) since 2014. Heart (type B) was approved for establishment.

　　Xinji Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) is located at the intersection of Yanyuan Road and Gucheng Street in Xinji City, 100 meters south-west, with a planned area of 0.148 square kilometers, a total investment of 600 million yuan, a warehouse area of 214,000 square meters, a warehouse capacity of 400,000 tons and an annual turnover of 1 million tons. Its functions cover bonded storage, bonded processing, global procurement and country. International distribution, distribution, entrepot trade and international transit, etc. The center has the function of international logistics and distribution. Goods can be freely distributed to domestic and foreign enterprises, and can also be transferred with other customs special regulatory areas.

　　Bonded logistics center has preferential policies such as import goods bonded and export goods rebate. It is an important logistics node connecting domestic and foreign markets, and an important basic platform for expanding opening up. The establishment of Xinji Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) will play a positive role in expanding the import and export of foreign trade in Xinji and its surrounding areas, thus promoting the development of foreign trade logistics industry in our province. The center adopts the method of declaration while building, and its infrastructure construction has been basically completed. Next, the bonded center will accept the acceptance of Shijiazhuang Customs, Hebei Provincial Supervisory Commissioner Office of the Ministry of Finance, Hebei Provincial Tax Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation and Hebei Provincial Branch of the Foreign Exchange Bureau according to the standards, and close the operation.
